Listful generates property descriptions and marketing assets that are drafted to comply with HUD Fair Housing guidance and the federal Fair Housing Act.
How we keep listing copy compliant:
- Descriptions never reference race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class.
- We avoid language that targets specific demographics (“great for young families,” “walk to church,” “exclusive community”).
- Every kit is reviewed by a person before delivery. We won't ship copy we wouldn't send our own broker.
- If something slipped through, tell us and we'll rewrite the kit at no charge: hello@getlistful.com.
